The Design Committee's main focus is getting our DDA district in top physical shape.  By capitalizing on the assets within our district, the design committee seeks to create an inviting atmosphere through landscaping, offering grants for facade and sign improvements, helping business owners develop visually attractive window displays, improve parking areas and street lights.  The Design Committee conveys the visual message about what Oxford is and what it has to offer
